Date Night Away

My Hubby and I went away for a night. Mr. Romance booked a room at a B&B. First time ever staying at one. I have to say they are really cozy and much better then a hotel. We took two nice hikes. One to Bubble Rock and the other hike was along side Sand Beach. We loved both. Bubble Rock had amazing views and I still can't believe that giant boulder has not fallen yet. Even the earth quake didn't take it down. He also picked out a nice Italian restraunt for us. They had amazing food. We shared a Antipasto plate and I had Portabella Mushroom and goat cheese Ravioli
Enjoying the view of Jordan Pond and Acadia.
Brian doing a photo for the kids. He really wanted to climb on top of the rock but I strongly encouraged him not to. Thanks Super Man!!
Doesn't it look like it's going to fall? CRAZY!

  1. WTG, Superman, you have earned some major husband points! I much prefer B&B's to hotels and try to stay at one whenever I can.

We're heading to our new fave Italian restaurant for our 18th anniversary this weekend. NO B&B, though. No time with finals coming up.

  2. I love it! What a fun time. I think you were right in discouraging that particular rock climbing. Though I got to say, its those kind of sights that makes me think sometimes God just likes to show off. ;)
